Quatre-Quarts （キャトルキャール）
キャトルキャールとは、フランス語で、”4分の4″という意味です。
卵・小麦粉・バター・砂糖を4分の1ずつ配合した、フランスの伝統的なお菓子です。基本の配合をもとに、バリエーションも広がるお菓子です。
シンプルですが、シンプルなお菓子ほど丁寧に作って、丁寧に焼き上げる事が重要になり、素材の美味しさが際立ちます。
